is the FreeRTOS SDK alive?

Is https://github.com/espressif/esp_iot_rtos_sdk alive or has this project been abandoned by Espressif?

If you accepted some of the pull requests on github then maybe you would get some help. As it stands, only a fool would create another pull request....

Seems the license has been recently changed to MIT. Other than that nothing has changed yet.
