Hi.
We update the modules by FOTA (rboot).
After this "Important SDK Patch Released" http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=2407, how update the modules by FOTA?
Thank you.

Hello,
The upgrade process is similar, because the binaries will be the same as before. The difference is the RF calibration sector, which must be empty or correctly programmed when upgrading to the BINs based on latest SDK.

As you know there is something wrong - RBOOT isn't working properly and I've heard nothing back from the developers as to what changes might have stopped it working. I have people coming onto my site and asking why the code is no longer working properly.

Hello,
The current SDK releases tend to work fine with the boot files provided by Espressif. From what I see on the Rboot GitHub repository, the creator has only tested it with the SDK v.1.3 or something.
The author should upgrade the files as necessary and investigate why the code may not be compatible. We cannot restrict SDK releases to suit existing boot software if it restricts addition of new features.
We hope the author of RBoot upgrades and tests the software with latest releases of the SDK.
