May I ask is the information of "espconn_igmp_join" saved in flash?

We found that igmp-join is successfully return. Sometimes, the ESP8266 module will send igmp_join commands again.

The SDK used is ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V2.0.0_16_07_19.

I called the function "espconn_igmp_join" only once. But from wireshark, it shows two igmp_join packets, the second one comes around 200ms later.
