How to add cURL library to ESP8266_RTOS_SDK project?

Hi,

I would like to use the curl api, but I don't know how to add the library to my project so it doesn't complain when I include the header files of that library to my project.
Does anyone know how to add a third party library to an ESP8266_RTOS_SDK project properly?
