Hi,
Is there any possibility to give a read out security for firmware in WROOM-02 flash?

Hello,
It is not practical to implement firmware readout protection on ESP8266 because even if the ESP8266 refuses to read the firmware, someone may simply de-solder external flash and read it out.
Chip ID + certificate or Chip ID + online authentication are much better. You may post your requirements in the "Free Market" section and I'm sure someone in the community would like to develop the feature for you.
