Using Smart config api in SDK 0.9.5

Hi,

In the ESP8266 SDK 0.9.5 there are smart config APIs available. Looking at the smartconfig_start function in the document, I can see that it support ESP-TOUCH protocol. Now, my question is how do it send the AP credentials from mobile to ESP module? Do I need perform a UDP broadcast from mobile, if so then what will be the format/structure of the data that I need to transmitted to the module?
