Fatal exception (29) during OTA upgrade

Hi,

I got crash (exception 29) during the ota upgrade process. I tried lots of time and confirmed the crash pointer were always the same, as highlighted ecp1 below. When i looked into the symbol file, unfortunately i could not find the address like that (.S and .dump files). Even the dump file told me the image was started beyond that crashed address (said start address 0x40100004 in dump file now).

So, is that something related with SDK? (I'm using RTOS SDK 1.4.0).
Could you please recommend how I could do for the next? I have been strugling with this issue for more than couple of day, please give me a hand!
