Hello,

I'd recommend that you switch back to a slightly older version of the RTOS SDK. I will inform the firmware developers about this issue, just in case this is an SDK issue.
Meanwhile, please ensure that the power supply is capable of easily delivering around 500mA without losing voltage regulation specs... this could be a potential cause of things failing when RF calibration is running occasionally .
