Are you planning to publish updates to SDK or version 2.0.0 is the latest and there will be no more support for ESP8266 chip?

We will continue to keep updating software for the ESP8266. Please follow commits on Espressif GitHub at
http://www.github.com/espressif

Small updates are released as patches and large update bundles will result in a new SDK version.

This is good that Espressif decided to move source to github, but I don't see NON-OS SDK there :(

Probably because there isn't anything much in the nonOS SDK really. All the libraries are closed source because the radio registers cannot be revealed to the public. So the examples and components are up there on GitHub that can actually be useful in code form.
