Please explain espflashtool to me!

Hi,

i tried to flash my code via the espflashtool, this is how i configured it (i use an ESP-12F):

eagle.flash.bin @ 0x00000
eagle.irom0text.bin@0x40000

leads to this message at startup:

Could someone please explain how to use the tool. My ESP8266 has 4Mbyte of flash connected.
