Hi I'm using a esp8266 12E with LoLin board to scan for APs in all available channells but it takes a few seconds to execute. Is it possible to make this time reach ms and still scan all the available channels? Also I tried to use a specific SSID to reduce the time but it dosen't seem to have a great impact. I was hoping I could develop a battery based device that makes periodic scans for networks. But if it takes this long to scan it'll shrink down my battery life a lot. Any suggestions?
Regards,
Joao
