Ir remote sample code for DKB

I just saw the program interfaces document of IR device on 8266. But it is too simple to implement it. I have serveral questions as blow:
1. What is the FRC2 module feature? why it acts only on RTOS version SDK?
2. Can you provide the sample code of IR interfaces to descripe the detail process on DKB?
