Hi Espressif,
Do you have any plans to support boot loader upgrade over the air ? In the past boot loader (boot.bin) in SDK has changed to support flash layouts and is likely to change in future.
It would be really useful to support boot.bin OTA upgrade the same way we do user1/user2.bin upgrade. Bootloader binary can live at offset 0x0 or 0x0x80000 (4K sector) and ESP jumps to the new and valid bootoader image (at 0x0 or 0x80000).
If for any reason whatsoever the upgrade fails, ESP should still be able to use the old copy.
Thanks. ESP is a great chip.
