I can't connect to the WiFi of the hidden 12-14 channel

I use wifi_station_set_config(struct station_config *config) to write SSID and password directly to config. But I can't connect to the WiFi of the hidden 12-14 channel. If I set the channel to 11, I can connect.
If so, how can I set up WiFi to connect hidden 12-14 channels?

I didn't find the wifi_set_country interface in the sdk2.0 of esp8266, but I found the structure of wifi_country_t. What should I do?
