I met a strange problem. While using nodemcu firmware connected to an arduino board. It seems that there might be some unexpected output through serial and caused esp12 rebooted.

That's correct. You can get rid of this by swapping uart0 to different pins (MTDO and MTCK, I believe). Search for earlier messages about this in the forum (sorry, I don't have a link handy).
