Esp8266 Underclock with wlan deactivated

The Esp8266 can run at 80Mhz or 160Mhz.
Is it possible to run it at 40Mhz or even slower?

Current consumption is 19mA at 80Mhz if WLAN is off, but i need 5mA.
Is this possible?
