ESP8266 : NonOS SDK API system_phy_set_tpw_via_vdd33

Hi everyone !
I need more description about this api. I tested tx power with this function param 1900 to 3300 and result make me surprised. Param 1900 make esp has more tx power in dbm than param 3300. Can anyone explain ? Thanks.
