PCBA with ESP8266

Hello,

i am searching for a reliable service that can build prototype PCBs for me. Quantity 100-500 pcs for firmware testing.
Job includes panelization, pcb from gerber, component sourcing, high quality smt-assembly, (pre)flashing.
Should be experienced with ESP8266 and surrounding components including flashing, and of course cheap and reliable.

But i am searching for production capabilities, plants who can immediatly start production and have skills to fix small design errors in regard to assembly. And of course for low budget.
