system_restore(); some times its gives the [W]sec fd error

I rajshekhar, we are using esp8266-01 with tool esp_iot_sdk_1.5 since from 2 years till now we are not getting no issue but now we stuck in one of the issue like the function system_restore(); whenever i call this function its giving
[W]sec fd error

after this we are not able to reconnect to network or OTA or basically we not able to operate this esp chip anymore

But whenever we use the flash tool to re-download the files its getting recover but without using flash download tools is there any API to solve this issue
