ESP8266 and EMC testing

I need to send the ESP8266 module for EMC tests.

I must fill in the form at: http://www.etsi.org/deliver/etsi_en/300 ... 20200a.pdf
(pages 97-103) but there is too much detail I can't find.

Where can I find such data? Please help me.
