Programs such as TCP connection will pause briefly

How to handle when the program is running, the connection WiFi, TCP is disconnected or suspended from the connection for 3 or 4 seconds

I may not fully understand your question, I think maybe it will try to keep reconnecting til timeout, or maybe you can just disconnect the original connection and reconnect a new one.
