Please tell me why, in this example, the size of the RX buffer to receive data 64 bytes?
How can I get the packet completely, please bring any examples?
Сan be an example sniffer packets?
(ESP8266-01 use via the SPI)

Yes,
before sdk_v0.9.4 ,sniffer RX buffer is 64 bytes.
since sdk_v0.9.5, RX buffer increased to 128 bytes,
sniffer is not open source,you can email us to get more information.
