I have AI-Thinker ESP-12 chips (seven chips, two different suppliers), and I can't get any of them to flash and word with the espressif firmware. It flashes, it says that it is successful, but I get either fatal errors when connecting after the flash, or I get constant resets.
I've attached a screen capture of the flashing setup that I've used, using the espressif ESP Flashing Tool and used the address offsets in the documentation.
When I use coolterm to attempt to connect to the port, it just crashes me out. When I use AppStack ESP Config tool, I can see the terminal, but I'm getting constant fatal errors. The error message is just a repeating of this.

Can someone tell em what I'm doing wrong? Is there some part that I'm missing in the flashing utility?
Flashing tool doesn't work.
