Pull up resistors

In the pin specs I see wpu and wpd. I presume that means weak-pull-up and weak-pull-down respectively.
What are the specs on those wpu and wpd resistors?

Dear BuGless,

The value of internal pull-up resistor is between 30Kohm and 100Kohm.

By looking at the EB40A schematics, I find pull-up resistor on data bus. Is there a reason ?
I do not find the value of these resistors.
