New FEATURES gathering

Hey Guys, is there any special feature that would help a lot in your application?
Please , post your idea and suggestion here and the espressif guys will take them into consideration when designing the much more powerful soc-chip of the next generation.
For example,I would like more uart ports and even DMA for each one.

Having those is always great.
Yes, sure, they will be accessible , and we will try to improve the function and make them more friendly to be used by the upper layer.
Just want to gather some good ideas and suggestions from the developers.

Maybe a nicer Flash upload tool for Windows? Is there an official upload tool for the chip?

understood. it makes more sense now.
Another request would be demonstrating how to use deepsleep and sleep to get best battery out of the chip for true IoT applications.
And if it is possible, an elaborate section on documentation and guides.
The docs are scattered and information is not 100% easy to ready and I am no stranger to datasheets but honestly following up on the
ESP8266 chip has been a hardcore task. Especially that there was a state of unofficial docs and now we have official docs.
So if possible, let's gather up a section where all relevant (and keep it up to date) information/documents/guides are kept handy for guys like us
