Full source code for NONOS SDK

Can I find the full source code (with .c files) of the current NONOS SDK, and if so, where ? And if not, why ?

You can download ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V1.5.0 http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=46&t=1442.

Some internal source codes are not open source, they are provided as libs.
