The GPIO16 output low level when i use sdk api "gpio 16_output_conf()".I need gpio16 output nothing before use asd api "gpio16_output_set(uint8 value)".please help me

do a gpio 16_output_conf() earliest before you use api gpio16_output_set(..)

other words:
what you mean with output nothing? no LOW, no High?
do you mean an high impedance "OpenDrain" ?
