Hello. I’m absolutely new in Arduino. I had some problems with ESP8622 and tried to reduce the baudrate to 9600. I just read on other forums to use AT+IPR=9600. Tried. The modul stopped to work. When get power, the blue lamp of the ESP and also the USB / UART modul communication lamp start flashing, then stay ON both. I can not communicate with it.
The firmware was:
AT version:0.40.0.0(Aug 8 2015 14:45:58)
SDK version:1.3.0
Ai-Thinker Technology Co.,Ltd.
Build:1.3.0.2 Sep 11 2015 11:48:04
I did update according http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/projects/update-the-firmware-in-your-esp8266-wi-fi-module/ , with the latest FW, but the problem is still the same.
Please do you have any idea, how to start to work it again?
I searched, but not find anything of this problem solving.
Many thanks.
Gábor

Hi,
Sorry that "Ai-Thinker Technology Co.,Ltd." is not a firmware from our company, here is the company who designed IC ESP8266, Espressif Systems.
Would you like to have a try with our AT firmware ?
Download documentation about AT commands.
It is the command "AT+UART_CUR" or "AT+UART_DEF" to set the baudrate in our firmware.
