SDK VS. Mesh Version
SDK VS. Mesh Version
Postby iia » Tue Oct 18, 2016 4:01 am
Hi,
I am using the current latest SDK (ESP8266_NONOS_SDK_V2.0.0_16_08_10). But I observed the functions provided by this SDK's "mesh.h" is missing a few functions and data structures if compared with the "mesh.h" file from the Git repository (https://github.com/espressif/ESP8266_ME ... ude/mesh.h).
I suppose the latest Mesh library is maintained in this Git and the latest SDK doesn't contain the latest version of the Mesh library but an older version? What would be the proper way in this case to use the latest Mesh library with the latest SDK?
Cheers.

Hi,
There are some difference between mesh-sdk and normal sdk.
When normal sdk is updated, but it's unuseful to mesh, we wouldn't update mesh according to normal sdk.
Thanks.
