Flashing NONOS 2.0 on 4Mb flash instead of default 32Mb

Hi All,
In order to install NONOS 2.0.0 on 4Mbi flash; I am using the following settings

However, I am only able to update flash but the module doesn’t respond to AT commands(when sent AT, I don’t get OK back. Other commands doesn’t work either).

Please advice if the settings are correct also the address are correct?

Please use a larger SPI flash for AT command firmware based on SDK v.1.5.0 or later versions.
The firmware is actually too big to fit in a 4MBit flash! You need at least 8Mbit flash.
