where is "master_device_key.bin" stored in flash?

i have sawed 8266's flash mem map by the sdk document "OTA云端升级实现方案"，i'd like to know where is "master_device_key.bin" stored in flash?which position?start addr and end addr?what size can be allocated?

sorry, i'v got it, position stored in spi flash is which position you burn into.
