At command problem

hi while checking AT mode in 8266....
in first bootup.....
i entered AT it working good



if once again i removed the power and kept it back then AT command is not working...?

are you using the latest firmware on a 512kb flash module?
if so, that will happen.
try to upload this firmware

Hi its not 512 kB I am using 4Mb flash

Hi,

Please try the latest flash download tool_v1.2 http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=433

Choose flash size as 1024KB, according to http://bbs.espressif.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=305

blank.bin burns into flash 0xFE000

Use the latest boot.bin, such as boot_v1.3+

If your problem is still unsolved, please offer the capture picture of your flash download tool while downloading and the UART output log when running.
