ESP8266-12F 烧录后一直重启的问题

各位好,
我使用nodemcu:esp8266-12f 的板子,用官方最新的SDK 编译了一个简单的helloword程序,用官方的FLASH烧录工具,一直烧录不进去。
使用安信可的 ESP8266Flasher 很容易升级成功,但是成功后,一直反复重启。

编译没有问题,烧录也是按着这个文档配置的。
唯一有一点不同的是:
文档上FLASH大小 4096 (1024+1024)
而模块打印信息的FLASH大小是 4096(256+256),这个有什么不同呢? 文档上并没有关于这个的说明。
