An issue with CIPSEND command

Hi,
For like 5 month I have some problems while I try to send data with the AT+CIPSEND command, earlier my ESP module was restarting due to the watchdog. Now I upgraded its version to some newer one, and also added 2 capacitors between the VCC and GND pins and when I try to send data I get "busy p...." and after some time "4,Closed" and I can't do anything, just need to restart whole device. I'm using ESP with the PSOC 4 kit. Could You please help me?
