ESP8266 Non-OS SDK how to set systime?

When I develop SSL application, I need SNTP first. We hope to record the effective time by adding external RTC module, so as to avoid SNTP first every time I use SSL. However, we did not find an interface to set the system time. How can we write the current system time without SNTP?
