Smoe questions about ESP8266 sleep mode

Hi,
I'm Jason, recently i work with ESP8266 AT instruciton set. I have some confuseions about ESP8266 'sleep mode'.

First, What's the essential differences with 'disable-sleep mode', 'lisht-sleep mode' and 'modem-sleep mode' in the 'AT+SLEEP' command?

Second, in the document 'WiFi_Module_Datasheet_EN_V0.2' discribes that when ESP8266 into Power Off, it still have 0.5uA consumption. Why would it be like this?
