at+ commands respond with error

Hi to all,

I purchase 20 x ESP8266-12 from e-bay. I connect two of them for test and notice that both can communicate on 115200 baud, AT command respond with OK, but on all AT+ command respond with error.
At the end I can not use AT command with both unit. Firmware installed is AI Thinker 0.9.2
I will appreciate any help.

The firmware is REALLY REALLY outdated. You need to have at least v.1.5.4, which is stable. Please check out the latest firmware at
https://github.com/espressif/ESP8266_NONOS_SDK/bin
To flash the firmware to ESP8266, you will find many tutorials online.
