【Feedback】Scanning for Specific AP

Postby Veeda » Tue Jul 07, 2015 12:21 am

Hello,

I was wondering if it is possible to scan for a specific AP?

Please provide an example, as my attempt to use wifi_station_scan does not work...

Thanks,
Zero

Faye,

It works, but it seems to take quite sometime to scan and return the AP's information.

Would it be possible to scan in ms time?

Thanks,
Zero

Hi,

If you didn't set a specific channel to scan the target AP, it will scan all channels to find the target AP, that may take a long time.

But if you know the target channel that your target AP is in, set parameter "channel" in struct "scan_config" to run wifi_station_scan, it will be faster.
