我正在用AT指令开发一个终端，需要SmartConfig进行模块配置，但AT指令手册中说 SmartConfig 详细说明需要向乐鑫申请，请问以什么途径申请呢？
目前卡在这里，比较着急。 还有就是乐鑫有测试SmartConfig的现成的安卓APK应用么？
