I've been using ESP8266s since... well... certainly before I joined here in 2017. I don't recall ever seeing anything discussed concerning the Arduino Core Libraries on top of Espressif core so that a certain group of people can use the Arduino IDE. I've generally perceived that this forum (and group) are more technically inclined while more beginners and intermediate people are on the esp8266.com forum. I've come over here when I can't get an answer over there and my success rate is really about the same on both. I don't see any Arduino Core sub-forums, so I'm wondering...
Would you classify this forum as I've described?
Is discussing Arduino frowned-on here?
