More than 10 ESP-01 modile couldn't work in AT mode

I bought more than 10 ESP-01 modules, and till now only 1 could be used in AT mode inside Arduino IDE, I searched it on net, it was said, maybe I need to update the firmware, I used Ubuntu 20.04, could anyone tell me how to?
