Not getting an IP while connecting to AP

Hi, I'm using NONOS SDK V2.2.0，I compiled the IoT_Demo program and downloaded it, everything seems ok, You can connect to its soft AP and using curl command to check its version information etc. But when I tried to let it connect to my home router as a station, it has problem. after sending the connection command, the status would show 'status:1' forever, means it's connecting, and I can see the ESP8266's MAC address on the router, but it doesn't have an IP address assigned.

Anybody has the same problem? or know what's reason? I've checked carefully with the password and it's OK. Please see the screenshot of my router, the first on is ESP8266, and the second one is my mobile phone, the phone connected correctly.

The ESP only supports 2.4G, is your router a 5G WiFi?
